  Deal with anyone other than Diego and it's at your own risk. Delayed my move even though I made pre pay and arrangements with Uhaul website. Ended up paying an extra 100.00 to the movers for over time 1hr that was equal to the time they spent in Uhaul trying to get them to release the truck rental.
