  This is truly one of the best refiners in the Northeast. When I started looking for local refiners in New York, General Refining was one of the last ones I tried, and I'm beyond thankful that I did. I've tried all the other local facilities and they don't compare to General in terms of customer service and metal returns. Their attention to detail and customer service are second to none. Ketty is an absolute pleasure to deal with and Dave is always there for me when I need. I doubt you will find a more knowledgeable and thorough refinery anywhere on Long Island.
